Get text subscribers and recover abandoned carts via SMSBump

How does it work?

SMSBump is a marketing and automations app that helps you send cart recovery SMS and MMS to your customers to remind them to finalize their purchase. To use the SMSBump integration with Checkout X, make sure that you’ve already upgraded your subscription plan in your SMSBump account.

Setting up SMSBump in Checkout X

STEP 1: To set up SMSBump with Checkout X, first, create an account in SMSBump, choose your subscription plan, and install the SMSBump app to your store. Then, go through the following steps:

1. Go to Configuration > Integrations > SMSBump
2. Click on the down arrow
3. Click on Connect to SMSBump
4. The SMSBump integration becomes Active

STEP 2: Open the SMSBump app in your store’s platform and go through the following steps:

1. Select Integrations on the SMSBump app side menu
2. You should see that the Checkout X integration is connected
3. Done!
