Snap Pixel allows you to track and monitor conversions coming from Snapchat Ads

How does it work?

You can integrate a Snap Pixel with Checkout X to help you understand customer behavior and traffic. This way, you will be able to see how many people take action on your store after seeing your ad, so you could plan your ad campaigns more effectively. Also, the integration works on top of Shopify.

The integration will track the following events on the checkout page before and after a purchase has been made through it:

  1. Price
  2. Currency
  3. Transaction id
  4. Item ids
  5. Number of items in the cart

How can I set up the integration?

I have a Snap Pixel.

If you already set up a pixel in Snapchat Ads Manager, you can skip the next two steps and go to the third section, finding out how to connect Snap Pixel integration in Checkout X.

I don’t have a Snap Pixel.

First, you need to create your Snapchat Ads Account. Then, sign up for your Snap Pixel, enable Pixel tracking, and install it in Checkout X following these steps:

STEP 1: Sign up for Snap Pixel:

  1. Log in to Ads Manager.
  2. Click the menu in the top corner and select Snap Pixel.
  3. Click Create my Snap Pixel.
